Discover the Shaker experience in new and exciting ways. Family Fun Days feature engaging activities for children and adults as well as guided tours, demonstrations and more. Have fun with the entire family by spending the day with us.
This month the Shaker Village staff will be leading activities and tours to connect kids of all ages to archaeology and community planning. Enjoy an activity station with information about the design of the community and the archaeological evidence that helps us understand the full extent of the property. There will also be family-focused tours tied to archaeology and a scavenger hunt.
Kids' Science Saturday Extravaganza
Join us for loads of hands-on activities, giveaways, a play area and archeology tours. Kids will engage with more than 25 activations and experiments related to the field of science. Bring your own jar, bottle or other container to exchange for a prize.
