2025 Introduction to Essential Oils

The Shakers cultivated extensive herb gardens, processing the bounty of their land into dried herbs, hydrosols, and essential oils, and using these ingredients in a variety of all-natural products. In this introduction to essential oils, we'll demonstrate the basics of distilling hydrosols and essential oils from fresh herbs and flowers. Then, we'll make several essential oil-inspired products, including a natural cleaner, hard perfume, and hand moisturizer.

General Admission: $65
This workshop is intended for participants aged 16+. All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
