Help Protect Shaker Village
Kentucky’s largest National Historic Landmark, and Mercer County’s leading tourist destination needs your support. On Monday, September 28 at 6:00 p.m. a special called meeting of the Mercer County Fiscal Court will be held at the Campbellsville University Harrodsburg Gymnasium. During the meeting the court will have a second reading of Ordinance 2026-08 making it possible for a data center to be located next to Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill.

From growing an organic garden, to managing prairie habitat, caring for important artifacts, restoring historic buildings and building an apiary, important work happens here! Help us keep our 3,000 acres of streams, forests and wide-open spaces free from the hum of a data center.
