Celebrate an evening of collaboration between Chef Amber Hokams and Farm Manager J. Michael Moore with a four-course garden supper surrounded by ripe tomatoes, zinnias and butterflies. Savor the summer harvest from Shaker Village’s garden, as well as the bounty from other local farmers, cheesemakers, meat producers, distillers and wine makers.

Each Fresh Food Adventure has an all-inclusive fixed dinner and spirits menu. Special dietary accommodations must be communicated in advance. Availability is limited, advanced registration and non-refundable pre-payment is required.
Fresh Food Adventures are communal dining experiences, and guests should expect to share their table with other dining enthusiasts.
