Celebrate Mother's Day by joining us for a special lunch or dinner at The Trustees' Table. Guests will make selections from the below menu options.

Salmon croquettes served with house-made kimchi aioli and local microgreens

Watermelon salad with goat cheese, sweet pickled cucumbers, red onion lemon and mint

Main Courses

Pan-roasted salmon with zucchini, herb salad and pea risotto

Roasted chicken quarter with tarragon and strawberry, served with blue grits and sautéed green beans

Italian stuffed zucchini, served with parmesan polenta

Lemon Shaker Pie

Children ages 3-12 will have a choice between a smaller portion of the above menu options or a kid's burger, chicken tenders or a peanut butter and honey sandwich with a choice of fries or fruit.
