Join us for the start of our 2021 Fresh Food Adventure Series, with a dinner of foods from our southern roots. Chef Amber Hokams will take you on a journey sampling foods from various areas of the southern United States. It’s sure to be a fun-filled evening dining al fresco in the Shaker Village Garden. This all inclusive communal dining experience includes all food courses, beverages and service charges.

Each Fresh Food Adventure has an all-inclusive fixed dinner and spirits menu. Special dietary accommodations must be communicated in advance. Availability is limited, advanced registration and non-refundable pre-payment is required.

Fresh Food Adventures are communal dining experiences, and guests should expect to share their table with other dining enthusiasts.
