Who We Hire
It truly takes a village to keep Shaker Village running smoothly.
We have more than 160 employees contributing to our everyday operations in various departments including:
farmers, naturalists, historians, customer service specialists, housekeepers, culinary staff, retail associates, sales representatives, landscapers, maintenance technicians, carpenters and painters; as well as administrative and accounting staff to keep the behind-the-scenes work going.
