Halloween howl at the moon Hike
Saturday, October 28 | 6:45-8:15 p.m.
Join us just before Halloween to explore the starry sky and October moon! On this gentle hike through the Preserve, take in the wonders of the prairie and forest at night while discovering some of the mysteries and curiosities of the universe. Along the way, we will observe constellations and learn fun facts about the moon and its importance in our lives. Costumes are welcome, but no werewolves, please!
Cost:
Annual Passholder: $15
Non-Annual Passholder: $25
Participants should meet at the Welcome Center by 6:15 p.m. All participants should bring flashlights to assist in returning to vehicles or rooms at the conclusion of the evening. This hike is for ages 12+. If under 18, guests must be accompanied by a paying adult.
