2026 Watercolor Painting: Rock Walls & Rock Houses
Saturday, October 24, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Acclaimed watercolorist Charley Jolly began painting more than 45 years ago. His passion for watercolor and love for his subjects have guided him to becoming a master at his craft. Charley delights in teaching students of all levels - from beginners exploring watercolor for the first time to returning students wishing to hone their skills while painting in a welcoming group environment.
Limestone was a key resource for the Pleasant Hill Shakers - from the miles of rock fences that bisect the landscape to the many buildings that they constructed from carefully hewn blocks of stone. These rock features will take center stage for a special watercolor workshop dedicated to exploring this essential Kentucky building material.
