You’ll find thoughtful gifts for the mom in your life just in time for Mother’s Day at our spring-inspired Farm and Garden Market. Women-owned business vendors will have booths filled with special giftables to make moms smile. Native plants will be available to purchase to get your garden going. Plus, you’ll enjoy 20% off in all three of the Shaker Village Shops!

Admission to the Market is complimentary with paid admission to Shaker Village which can be purchased at the Welcome Center and in The Trustees’ Gift Shop. Stick around after the Market and join us for Music on the Lawn at 6:30 p.m.

Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day by joining in on one Big Day of birding! Join us for an easy hike on the Preserve and learn birding basics while participating in this massive, global birding event.

This walk will take place outdoors, rain or shine. Closed-toe shoes and binoculars recommended.

All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Tickets required for all hike attendees. Dogs are not permitted.

Registered attendees who book an overnight stay at The Inn receive a 30% discount, applied at checkout. (Overnight stay must be for the date immediately preceding or succeeding the program. Discount applies to one night. Cannot be combined with other offers. Overnight stay must be booked through Shaker Village and not through a 3rd party website.)

Take a guided stroll through the historic Village grounds and get a closer look at some of the many butterflies that call it home. Guest will learn how to attract and identify common butterflies.

This walk will take place outdoors, rain or shine. Participants will traverse gravel and grass pathways on a 1.5 mile loop along Shaker Village's trails. Water bottles, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars and cameras are recommended.
