A fun and educational dinner prepared by Chef Amber demonstrating the different techniques of food preservation.
During this four-course dinner you will experience food prepared using nine different methods of preservation including pickling, salt preservation, sugaring, fermentation, canning, smoking, curing, dehydrating and fat preservation.
Chef Amber has been preparing for this meal since February of last year, preserving items in their peak season to be enjoyed during this unique dinning experience.
Relax and enjoy this casual evening in the West Family Dwelling's cozy Winter Kitchen making new friends and enjoying great food and beverages. It's sure to be enlightening and delicious too!

Each Fresh Food Adventure has an all-inclusive fixed dinner and spirits menu. Special dietary accommodations must be communicated in advance. Availability is limited, advanced registration and non-refundable pre-payment is required.
