  • Plan a Picnic – Hangout by the pond or along the turnpike at one of our picnic tables. You can bring your own food and drinks or purchase grab-and-go food in our Post Office shop.
  • Free Admission for Active Military Families and Veterans – As a Blue Star Museum Shaker Village is proud to extend complimentary admission to members of the military all summer long.
  • Free Admission for Mercer County Residents – Every year we invite our Mercer County neighbors to enjoy a week of free admission to the Village. Residents with a valid ID can visit us for free July 4-10, 2022. Learn more here.

We love offering you complimentary ways to explore this historic site. Donations are ALWAYS welcome to help us maintain our trails and grounds. When you arrive at the front entrance you’ll be asked if you’d like to make an optional donation.
