The Leaders in Training (LIT) program for campers ages 15-16 is designed to support growth in your child's leadership skills by developing their abilities to plan for and implement successful group initiatives.

During this week-long camp, your child will participate in trainings to earn certifications in first aid, CPR and babysitter safety. Throughout the week these young leaders will explore setting goals, anticipating challenges and considering how to ensure a safe and positive outcome for everyone involved.

Campers will also take part in progressive daily teambuilding activities to guide their development both as leaders and as members of a team. Each day will have plenty of time for additional games, recreational activities and fun built into
the schedule.

Pricing: $285 per camper

Register before April 1: $260 per camper

Registration fee includes full-day programming throughout the week, two healthy snacks per day (one AM, one PM) and a Camp t-shirt. Campers must bring their own, non-perishable
sack lunch. 

Leaders in Training is designed for campers who are between the ages of 15-16 years old at the time of their Camp session.

Camp registration includes a Family Membership to Shaker Village ($160 value). A Membership includes free admission to Shaker Village, a 10% discount in The Shops and The Trustees’ Table, a 30% discount in the Inn, a 20% discount on workshops and Discovery Treks, and special discounts on other programs and events. One Membership will be issued per household, regardless of the total number of Camp registrations.
